Come into our show room in Lynn Massachusetts where you can see samples of anything you need for your party or special event. Whether it’s finding the right tables and chairs, or matching the fabric of the table linens to the exact color of your wedding dress or team, we have samples on site that you can see and touch.

Appleton is the expert on tent rentals. We have small tents, medium tents and large tents for rent. Some tents are as small as 20×20 feet, and some are as large as 40×80 feet. Larger tents are available upon request. Rental tents are made of a durable canvas, and offer options such as solid sides, side walls or clear windows. When you rent a tent, the most important issue you’re going to face is the ground the tent is going on because you need a way to anchor the tent. If the tent is going on grass, you can use stakes. When putting a large tent on grass to call Dig Safe to make sure there are no gas or electric lines nearby before doing any digging! If the rented tent is going on asphalt then we’ll provide water barrels, and we’ll need access to a source of water on site.

Depending upon the city you’re renting the tent in, you might need a permit. Out of state tent rentals may require a fuel surcharge. Tent rental is separate from delivery fees, which can vary by city. We’ll be glad to discuss with you over the phone or in person in our showroom.

A tent is great for your Wedding, Charity Event, Concert, Musical Performance, Graduation, Celebrity Wedding, Sweet Sixteen, Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah or other special occasion. We can also provide you with special equipment such as exhibit rentals for professional functions, and stanchions for product launches and promotional events. Our professional, experienced team will help you to ensure that your event is a big success.

We will deliver, setup, and retrieve everything for the perfect event. For example, when entertaining, a dance floor is always a welcome addition. We can provide interior or exterior dance floor rentals for your party. For teenagers and kids parties we have amusement rentals, such as Sno-cone and cotton candy machines with materials, moonwalks and bouncy-houses.

We provide everything you need, from tents, tables and chairs to dishware and catering equipment. When you visit our showroom we will show you the various products available for rent, and for most items we have on site samples you can see and touch.
