Our pole and stake tent, unlike our frame tents, do have center poles which intrudes on space. However, they are not as labor intensive and therefore the price is lower than our frame tent. You can setup this tent yourself or we can for a slightly higher price.

Sidewall may be attached to all our frame tents to provide an enclosed environment for your event. Solid white, clear, and cathedral styles are available.

Price:  $1 per foot of sidewall

-All our tents are flame retardant and comply with all industry regulations.

-DigSafe must be notified if a tent is to be staked. The customer is 100% responsible for calling DigSafe. DigSafe also requires 72 business hours notice. This is to ensure no gas lines, water pipes, etc. are running underneath the area. DigSafe can be reached at 1-888-DIGSAFE

-Pole & Stake tents can only be staked. No alternative anchoring system can be used.

-Permits may be required by your city depending on where you live. We can retrieve the necessary permits for you for an additional fee. Please call for details.

-When water barrels are necessary to anchor a tent because stakes can not be used there is a charge of $10 per barrel due to the amount of time required to fill the barrel.

-If water barrels are to be used a source of water must be available close to the tent site.

-Extension legs are available for areas where the gound is not completely level. However, this does not gurantee a tent can be erected in that area, due to various variables. Please call for details.

-We reserve the right to take down any equipment due to inclement weather.
